You are NOT suitable for online sessions if:

  • You are under 18 years of age (parental consent is required).
  • You are feeling suicidal
  • You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs prior to or during our consultation.

Yes. I respect the strict code of ethics when it comes to client and patient confidentiality. What we discuss in our sessions stays between the two of us.

Absolutely, online hypnotherapy or coaching  is just as effective as working together in a clinic or an office. The same structured approach is being followed. I also believe it’s more convenient and useful this way if you are restricted by time, location, etc. 

Yes. Hypnosis doesn’t require the therapist to be in the room with you. Trance is a very natural and safe state where you’ll remain in complete control and it can be easily achieved as long as you can hear the voice of the therapist. I will give you the necessary instructions to conduct our hypnosis session safely in case that the internet connection drops or there are other distractions happening during our session. There is no danger whatsoever in getting stuck in hypnosis. Nobody ever experienced that.

Everyone’s experience with hypnosis is  different.  A light trance state is very effective for most issues and can be achieved easily using guided relaxation techniques. If you feel like you can’t relax at all and you want us to stop, we can just use the time for the rest of the session discussing and applying alternative therapies. You can decide afterwards if you want to give it another try.

I have a degree in Psychology, I’ve graduated from the ULBS University of Psychology from Sibiu, Romania. I have trained in hypnotherapy, spiritual coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming with renowned coaches like Karen E Wells, David Key, and Emily Rivera. I have received certifications that are accredited by CTAA – Complementary Therapists Accreditation Association, Transformation Academy, Auspicium, International Alliance of Holistic Therapists, and by the internationally recognized Continuing Professional Development Standards Agency.

My sessions are spontaneous and intuitive. I don’t use a specific recipe, technique, or a magic formula for every client.

I can usually pinpoint the problems that need to be addressed and what is the best way to help you.

I use techniques that are very much related to both spirituality and psychology. Meditation, hypnosis, past lives regression, ego work, shadow work, inner child healing, EFT (emotional freedom technique), subconscious beliefs, dream interpretation, mindset, mindfulness, are just a few methods that I use in order to help my clients.

Therapists can never guarantee 100% success. Every form of therapy is a collaborative process and success is dependent on your desire and commitment to the therapy and for making changes in your life. I had success with a lot of clients after just one session, but ultimately I can only offer you some tools to help you, most of the work is done by you and I am there to guide you in every step of the way. We’ll review your progress after each session and you are in control of how many sessions you feel you need to reach your desired outcome.

Yes. If you want follow up sessions, you will get a discounted price.

If you booked a session and you change your mind, you can cancel it and you can ask for a refund, but you will have to notice me at least two days (48 h) prior our appointment. You can always reschedule a session if you cannot make the original slot.

If you have to cancel and reschedule an appointment, I ask that you honor my time commitments and other clients, by canceling no less than 48 hours before the session. That gives other clients the opportunity to take your time slot. Once you cancel, you can reschedule the session at your earliest convenience.

What is Hypnotherapy?

             Hypnosis is often associated with stage hypnosis shows and other mystical things, but hypnosis is not at all mystical and is a perfectly natural state of mind that we all go into hundreds of times every day.

       I am sure you’ve experienced driving in your car but not knowing the exact things you did (like every turn of the indicator or wheel for example) – this is when you are in a very light hypnotic state. On a subconscious level, you were still in control of the vehicle you were driving. The same happens when you are focused intensely on a movie or book. Someone talks to you while you’re watching the movie or reading and you can’t hear a word they’re saying.

In therapy, hypnosis usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention focused inward and appropriate suggestions made by the therapist.

     Hypnosis is not a state of deep sleep. It does involve the induction of a trance-like condition, but when in it, the patient is actually in an enhanced state of awareness, concentrating entirely on the hypnotist’s voice.
In this state, the conscious mind is suppressed and the subconscious mind is revealed.

      The therapist is able to suggest ideas and concepts to the patient, the seeds of which become firmly planted.
The practice of promoting healing or positive development in any way is known as hypnotherapy.

As such, hypnotherapy is a kind of psychotherapy. Hypnotherapy aims to re-program patterns of behavior within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts, and suppressed emotions to be overcome.

 

Suggestion Therapy

This means simply making suggestions to the subconscious mind to improve or resolve certain issues that a person has. Suggestion hypnotherapy can be used for:

    • Losing weight and develop healthy eating habits

Regression

Hypnotic regression is a journey back in time to recover memories and explore events from the past and is profoundly transformative work.

All of our experiences from birth and even before that are recorded in our bodies, minds and souls. As a  regression therapist I will guide people back into their past to explore their childhood and even back to their experiences in the womb.

    In this work you will explore the repeating patterns, contracts, agreements, perceptions and beliefs that were formed sometimes on an unconscious level, as a result of experiences from this life.
Going back in time through hypnotic regression can bring new perspectives and healing for people in a way that no other therapy can achieve. Regression can be a powerful healing tool.

       Past Life Regression is a wonderful process on someone’s healing journey. When someone has tried everything to resolve a problem, past life regression can often provide the insight and answers to true healing.

     It is an especially effective process for resolving fears and phobias, relationship problems, health concerns, old patterns and compulsive behavior. I have seen physical and emotional conditions reversed, weight lost, fears alleviated, and lifelong patterns broken, through past life regression. It is an amazing healing tool.

Life Between Lives (Spiritual Regressions)

This is a hypnotic process, with the purpose of connecting with your soul , your higher self and your spirit guides in order to have an understanding of your immortal identity, to understand your soul purpose in this lifetime and to receive some answers that you are looking for in your life right now.

It can give you a sense of who you really are based on the sum of your previous lives, your soul’s collaboration with other souls, guides, and teachers, and what you’re learning right now. A sense of the eternity of the soul…and an end to the fear of physical death.

All of our memories are stored into our subconscious mind. As soon as your mind and your body are deeply relaxed, you will have access to these soul memories. The process is similar to a past life regression. If you’ve never experienced a past life regression, it is recommended to do that first to familiarize yourself with the concept of traveling back in time, to earlier memories and your soul’s experiences in past lives.

What Happens During a Hypnosis Session?

In the beginning, I’m going to ask you a few questions and explain how things are going to work as well as answer any questions you might have. Getting and sharing the right information at the start is what determines everything that happens for the rest of the session.

The next step is induction and that is the process where the client is guided into a very relaxed state, also  known as hypnosis.

The entire time during the induction and while you are in that very relaxed state you are going to hear everything and be aware of everything that is taking place.

After that we will use the suggestion, regression, or past lives regression therapy, all depending on the issue that needs improvement.

At the end of the hypnosis session, I will give you a post-hypnotic suggestion that is a trigger to give you a tool for your use once you have left.

The final portion of the session is to simply bring you out of your trance.When you are wide awake, we will do a little assessment and answer any questions you have.

Unlike many therapeutic approaches, in many cases, one session of hypnosis is all that is needed to address a specific issue.

The whole time of the session, you will be in control, Basically, I am going to be a tour guide as you explore your subconscious mind. 

Being hypnotized is an extremely relaxing and pleasurable experience.

I generally do one hypnosis session for either issue that needs to be addressed, but sometimes it is required that we do an extra one for best results. For example, if you want to quit smoking or to heal other addictions, it is usually necessary to have two sessions.

We can go a lot deeper with more sessions for better results, but usually, one session is highly effective.
