Sessions are only available online/virtually, they can be done from the comfort of your own home and they are conducted over via Skype or Zoom.

    • After the initial consultation, the price for one hypnosis or coaching session is 70 USD ( Book it HERE )
    • Regular clients get discounts, for weekly sessions, the price is 50 USD/session
    • The duration of one session is 50 to 60 minutes

What to expect from a hypnosis session?

In the beginning, I’m going to ask you a few questions and explain how things are going to work as well as answer any questions you might have. Getting and sharing the right information at the start is what determines everything that happens for the rest of the session.

The next step is induction and that is the process where the client is guided into a very relaxed state, also  known as hypnosis.

The entire time during the induction and while you are in that very relaxed state you are going to hear everything and be aware of everything that is taking place.

After that we will use the suggestion, regression, or past lives regression therapy, all depending on the issue that needs improvement.

At the end of the hypnosis session, I will give you a post-hypnotic suggestion that is a trigger to give you a tool for your use once you have left.

The final portion of the session is to simply bring you out of your trance.When you are wide awake, we will do a little assessment and answer any questions you have.

Unlike many therapeutic approaches, in many cases, one session of hypnosis is all that is needed to address a specific issue.

The whole time of the session, you will be in control, Basically, I am going to be a tour guide as you explore your subconscious mind. 

Being hypnotized is an extremely relaxing and pleasurable experience.

What to expect from a coaching session?

My main goal during the coaching sessions is to help people open their heart, find joy in every life’s circumstances and live their best life.

My coaching sessions are intuitive and spontaneous. Depending on the client and the issues that need attention, I will use different techniques like meditation, NLP, ( neuro-linguistic programming) EFT (emotional freedom technique) shadow work, ego work, energy healing, dream interpretation, mindfulness, etc. We will include a lot of different exercises and journaling.

Also the goal is to change the way you operate on a deeper level. Rather than just examining your behaviors, habits, and goals, we will delve into your deep rooted beliefs. You will learn how to work with the laws of the universe to get what you actually want out of life.

Understanding yourself and your world around you from a spiritual perspective can help you lead a more meaningful life. A spiritual life coach can help you find who you really are and heal your old wounds.


 Before you decide what session to book for, I offer a free voice call consultation via Skype or Zoom, that usually lasts for about 15 to 30 minutes. In this time you will tell me a little about yourself, your background and what issues do you want to address. Together we’ll discuss what is the right path for you and how you can benefit from coaching or hypnosis. There is no obligation to book further sessions.

After our initial phone consultation, you can decide whether you would like to book our first session together.

I generally do one hypnosis session for either issue that needs to be addressed, but sometimes it is required that we do an extra one for best results.

We can go a lot deeper with more sessions for better results, but usually, one session is highly effective.

Yes. I respect the strict code of ethics when it comes to client and patient confidentiality. What we discuss in our sessions stays between the two of us.

Absolutely, online hypnotherapy or coaching  is just as effective as working together in a clinic or an office. The same structured approach is being followed. I also believe it’s more convenient and useful this way if you are restricted by time, location, etc. 

Yes. Hypnosis doesn’t require the therapist to be in the room with you. Trance is a very natural and safe state where you’ll remain in complete control and it can be easily achieved as long as you can hear the voice of the therapist. I will give you the necessary instructions to conduct our hypnosis session safely in case that the internet connection drops or there are other distractions happening during our session. There is no danger whatsoever in getting stuck in hypnosis. Nobody ever experienced that.

Everyone’s experience with hypnosis is  different.  A light trance state is very effective for most issues and can be achieved easily using guided relaxation techniques. If you feel like you can’t relax at all and you want us to stop, we can just use the time for the rest of the session discussing and applying alternative therapies. You can decide afterwards if you want to give it another try.

I have a degree in Psychology, I’ve graduated the ULBS University of Psychology from Sibiu, Romania. I have trained in hypnotherapy, spiritual coaching and neuro-liguistic programming with renowned coaches like Karen E Wells and David Key and have received certifications that are accredited by CTAA – Complementary Therapists Accreditation Association, Transformation Academy and Auspicium, and by the internationally recognized Continuing Professional Development Standards Agency.

My sessions are spontaneous and intuitive. I don’t use a specific recipe, technique or a magic formula for every client.

I can usually pinpoint the problems that need to be addressed and what is the best way to help you.

I use techniques that are very much related to both spirituality and psychology. Meditation, hypnosis, past lives regression, ego work, shadow work, inner child healing, EFT (emotional freedom technique), subconscious beliefs, dream interpretation, mindset, mindfulness, are just a few methods that I use in order to help my clients.

Therapists can never guarantee 100% success. Every form of therapy is a collaborative process and success is dependent on your desire and commitment to the therapy and for making changes in your life. I had success with a lot of clients after just one session, but ultimately I can only offer you some tools to help you, most of the work is done by you and I am there to guide you in every step of the way. We’ll review your progress after each session and you are in control of how many sessions you feel you need to reach your desired outcome.

Yes. If you want follow up sessions, you will get a discounted price.

If you booked a session and you change your mind, you can cancel it and you can ask for a refund, but you will have to notice me at least two days (48 h) prior our appointment. You can always reschedule a session if you cannot make the original slot.

If you have to cancel and reschedule an appointment, I ask that you honor my time commitments and other clients, by canceling no less than 48 hours before the session. That gives other clients the opportunity to take your time slot. Once you cancel, you can reschedule the session at your earliest convenience.
