Since I was very young, I’ve always been drawn to the inner world — psychology, spirituality, hypnosis, and astrology have fascinated me for as long as I can remember.

After graduating from the University of Psychology in Sibiu (ULBS), I felt inspired to follow another calling — music. My artistic path allowed me to express myself creatively, travel, and connect with people and cultures around the world.

At the same time, I never stopped studying psychology and spirituality. I’ve always believed that true growth starts from within, so I kept exploring ways to better understand the mind, emotions, and the deeper layers of the human experience. Eventually, a shift happened — a clear inner calling to dedicate my knowledge and intuition to helping others heal and evolve.

I now work as a certified life coach in counseling and personal development, blending scientific understanding with holistic tools like hypnosis, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), positive psychology, relationship coaching, and mindfulness practices.

One of my natural gifts is intuition — an ability to quickly sense the core of what needs attention in a session and choose the most effective approach for each client.

I hold a degree in Psychology from the University Lucian Blaga of Sibiu, Romania, and have completed advanced training in hypnotherapy, spiritual coaching, and personal transformation with international mentors such as Karen E. Wells, Dan Jones, David Key, and Emily Rivera.

Additionally, I have completed a specialized course in Anxiety Disorders from Harvard Medical School, further deepening my understanding of the connection between mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.

My certifications are accredited by respected institutions including CTAA (Complementary Therapists Accreditation Association), Transformation Academy, Auspicium, the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists, and the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Standards Agency.
