Suitability for online therapy
You are NOT suitable for online sessions if:
- You are under 18 years of age (parental consent is required).
- You are feeling suicidal
- You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs prior to or during our consultation.
- You are under the supervision of a psychiatrist or suffering from any diagnosed psychiatric condition, psychological illness or epilepsy.
Refunds
For single sessions, all sessions are refundable only two days (48 h) prior to the appointment.
You can be rescheduled if you cannot make your original appointment time or date.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel an appointment, I ask you to respect time commitments and other fellow clients, by canceling no less than 48 hours before the session. That gives other fellow clients the opportunity to take your time slot.
Once you cancel, you can reschedule the session at your earliest convenience but please try to schedule on a date that is very close to the date you canceled (so we keep our regularity and progress going in a steady way).
Confidentiality
I have a strict code of ethics when it comes to client confidentiality. What is discussed during your coaching sessions stays absolutely between the two of us.
Disclaimers
By purchasing coaching or hypnosis session services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement and that you wish to proceed.

- I understand that I have to fill in and submit the Consultation Forms prior to our appointment and that all the information I provide is accurate and true.
- I understand that the coaching and hypnotherapy services I will be receiving are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that my Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
- I understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by my Coach will be considered to be provided from any remote location worldwide and/or in a virtual medium, via Skype or Zoom.
- I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.

- I understand that coaching and hypnotherapy are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.
- I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technology.
