Since I was very young, I\u2019ve always been drawn to the inner world, psychology, spirituality, hypnosis, and astrology have fascinated me for as long as I can remember.<\/p>

Dupa ce am absolvit Psihologia din cadrul Universitatii Lucian Blaga<\/strong>, I felt inspired to follow another calling, music<\/strong>. My artistic path allowed me to express myself creatively, travel, and connect with people and cultures around the world.<\/p>

At the same time, I never stopped studying psychology and spirituality. I\u2019ve always believed that true growth starts from within, so I kept exploring ways to better understand the mind, emotions, and the deeper layers of the human experience. Eventually, a shift happened, a clear inner calling to dedicate my knowledge and intuition to helping others heal and evolve.<\/p>

Wells, Dan Jones, David Key,<\/em> si Emily Rivera si Ana Maria Anghelescu.<\/em><\/p>

In addition to my core qualifications, I have completed specialized courses in Positive Psychology<\/strong> si Anxiety Disorders<\/strong> through Harvard Medical School<\/strong>, as well as the Science of Well-Being<\/strong> de la Yale University<\/strong>. I have also pursued accredited programs in Inner Child Healing, Breathwork, Relationship Coaching, and Couples Coaching<\/strong> through the Center of Excellence<\/strong>, further deepening my understanding of the intricate connection between the mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.<\/p>

Drawing on my lifelong experience as a musician, I have also explored the psychology of music<\/strong>, completing courses from Berklee College of Music<\/strong> on Music for Wellness<\/strong> si Neuroscience of Music and Emotion<\/strong>, enriching my perspective on how sound and rhythm influence mental and emotional health.<\/p>
